yep, that's right so lock it in.

Windwanderers will hold the gold coast meet again on Saturday 7/3/09. The guys at surf FX have provided us with a cash voucher and give aways for the event.

If the wind ends up on the light side the event will still go ahead as planned.

Location is the train. bbq provided.

We will be pushing back the down winder to later in the year when the forecasts are more reliable and as a substitute will hold a freestlye session. (any board goes)

Surf FX have donated a shop voucher as a lucky draw for the person who’s name comes out of the hat as well as Neil Pryde caps and windscreen visors as prizes.
Prize classes will be best slide/ride, best sail spin, best transition and best loop.

Hope to see everyone on the day for a fun, social get together with a few prizes and a bbq thrown in for good measure.

There should also be a prize for best stack cause there will be plenty

i reckon best stack can carry the drinks.

Freestyle..vando...Freestyle..you know those loop spins and backward thingies, flakka, spocks and (Other Star trek moves)..... not straight line, free style mate....not that I can do either at the moment ..have fun

Mind you you could try a flakka at 30knts....or not....(No I was not doing that when I did my knee )

i missed your post. short answer is yes. but as you are visiting from os for 2 weeks we can sort something out.

windwanderers is all about fun and participation.

Was disappointed about the day change as I have to work Sunday. But did get out this afternoon at Queens for a bit when the wind came up in the afternoon - just enough for me.
Got my gear wet for the first time this summerFinally!
