Absolutely - its all done and dusted. Think it would have helped the local WS/KS shops though, with more people WS/KS more often. But thats life.

Mandurah
NO - 10,495
YES - 6,384

Ocean Reef

NO - 6,411

NO -7,724

Vasse - Margaret River
NO - 12,649
YES - 6,241

So next time you're in Geraldton, Mandurah or Margaret River just remember these were the people that voted NO and robbed you of that extra hour of sailing you once had after work and for some people the only chance you had to get a sail after work.

In reality Tony there are about 12 people in the state which I do actually hold some sympathy for with DLS not coming in and that is the the people like Daniel and Reg @ WSP, Paul and Jez @ 2nd wind and the other shop guys who will keep their shops open till around 6pm most nights to help out the punters after work

It's funny though and it may just be because I wore a hat during most of the DLS trials (inc Night time

) so I didn't fry my head when driving my Volvo station wagon, I vaguely remember that Windsurfing and Kiting may have actually existed before DLS and that people somehow managed to get a sail on a week night or it may be that my oldtimers medication has changed

stuff it, if you voted yes, just put your clocks forward anyway...

work and play on a time line that suits you....

you'll always be early for appointments and work,,never miss tv shows and tradies might actually turn up on time

(maybe not)

if they want the gremlins could do the same and put their clocks back several hours and live on dark age time. bright lights bright lights bright lights sizzle
