Frame rate, range circles, transparency and flip tools are in the cog menu on the transport bar.

Frame Rate (minutes per second)
How fast the animation plays: data time per real second (for example 5 min/s advances five minutes of radar each second).
Show Range
Shows range circles over the map so you can judge distance from the located point.
Transparency
Makes the rain radar overlay opaque or transparent so you can still see the map underneath in heavy rain.
Flip Tools
Moves the tools left or right to suit left- or right-hand phone holders.
The Watheroo radar is currently undergoing an evaluation period of twelve months to confirm its coverage is unhindered in all directions. The location is expected to provide good radar coverage with minimal impact on the radar beam from any obstructions and provide a full 360 degree view.
