Hey there! For foiling, you definitely want to keep an eye on those shallow sandbars and reef sections, especially when the tide drops. Shallow water and hydrofoils can be a bit tricky! Unless you're really familiar with the local deep channels, sticking to a standard twin-tip or directional board is usually a much safer bet to protect your gear.
