Thanks everyone,
I was searching for ages trying to find these rollers. A friend recommended i go on a forum and ask. i have read the forum before but never engaged. This is brilliant. Buying the rod and heading over to a mate with a lathe. This has saved me a lot of money. Thanks everyone for your help.
Another question while I am going. The Genoa track, is made up of 2 peices that don't quite aline. any thoughts there? I am thinking of loosening the screws, clamping it across and tightening them again hoping that they grab at a different spot. Is this a waste of time. Am I better to remove the track completely. take out the timber packer and renew and drill new screws. Don't want to do more than I need.

I have a 1974 S&S 30 and need to replace the old sheaves in the cars. I can't find them anywhere. Unfortunately i can't post a photo as I am a newbie. The measurements are. 50mm od. 10mm centre. 35 mm wide. it is fully nylon - no bearings. The sheaves have just perished over the years. I can get everything else working. Just a huge difference in price between buying a nylon sheave and buying a new car. They all need replacing so it will get pricey. Thanks for your help.
