I am chasing a mooring, from Mangles Bay to Swan river. Sailboat 24 footer. Take over, buy or sub-lease, long term preferred, but a few months wouldn't be a deal breaker. As close to Fremantle as possible., Bicton would be primo! Boat pen would be acceptable also as long as not movie star prices- LOL.
