The low-end of wings is still superior to that of parawings. I am 88kg and I use a KT Dragonfly surf 100l with a Slingshot Flow 1000 for light wind. With my 5.5m wing I can get on foil from 9 knots. With my PT Skin 5.4m I need at least 3 knots more. I would like to improve the low-end for parawinging. What would be the best way to improve the low-end?
- Larger front wing
- Narrower/longer board
- Bigger parawing
I am your weight and paired a code Kanga 1870, BRM L1 6.5m with KT dragon fly 3. Didn’t get Kanga or DW board for parawing but they ended up working better for light wind parawing than for my flat water sup paddle up. I am old and suck at SUP foil so far Not only does this set up get up on foil quickly but Is so easy to use. Slow though but that make handling parawing easy .
