I have been windsurfing, kite surfing wing foiling sup surfing and longboarding and now foilldrive for over 40 years now. I have 2 foildrive sessions in my top 10 already. If you have the right conditions it is mindblowing. Big swell on slow pointbreaks that go on for ever. It gets the adrenaline on all time highs.
I am upgrading to a different system with more tork to use smaller foils on bigger waves.🔥
People have been hating on all my sports for ever. kitesurfing sup surfing, long boarding, mountainbiking, race biking .......... Life is to short

I have the feeling that if i use a more pumpable foil wingfoiling it almost always feels faster overfoiled on waves on high speed. So you end up smaller foils for wingfoiling. This is what i found for example with the S series from Code. I don't think a lot of the developers wingfoil. They seem to be prone and downwinding at a lot of brands.
So if i read that the new Silk is more pumpable I have my reservations. I am going to test it before buying. I love my V1 but extra speed and glide would be nice.
