TSBW have been around for ages and have a sup history with pretty bomb proof construction. Hendy designed their Evoke model, more of an allrounder, and is a true waterman as you'll come across-great surfer but never seen him sup and as a multiple Ironman champ from the Gold Coast he's an elite on all crafts and his knowledge would be second to none. It's great to see TSBW go back to designing surf sups cos they drifted away from that when the company changed hands. Like Colas stated their has been quite a few breezers in the past that have had their surfsups and I personally started on their Vex model.
Check it out and as a surfer you'll know if it's dinkum or not. Great price for a transition model until you work out what you want/can afford. It looks more performance focussed at 31" wide but I think glide is more about how you surf it and sups glide and flow anyways and at a guess this one would. Good luck bru

Twin fin boards are set up for twins e.g. toe, cant and distance from rail and tail-it's a real horses for courses thing-just have to listen to the shapers. Ghost fin cluster is moved forward where twinnies sit closer to the tail. Basically if you want a twinny I'd go with a board that's been designed as a twinny and if you love the spitfire than the pro version of the hipster might be up your alley. Fwiw I'm loving my 8'3" Hipster pin but probs not as advanced as you.
With regards your experience of turning the spitfire into a twin and it firing, I did the same with my 7'Harley Ingelby mid 6 (5 fin cluster) and Harley was adamant about boards being set up for twins and so is Kale Brock whose released a twin and a thruster of a similar midlength design template. Worth listening to those blokes talk about it on youtube if ur interested.
Fkn great problem to have, keep us in the loop and probs can't go wrong good luck
