I like a true thruster in float and ride conditions on the right board. but if you're wanting to sail powered up and planing around they're pretty funky feeling when you're not riding a wave.
The general starting point guidelines for 3 fin windsurfing toe in is 2 degree for symmetrical side fins and 3 degrees for asym side fins. Check if your fin boxes are toe'd before looking for fins.
