Well I finally ordered the 969 and the 430 gullwing stab last week Wednesday. Hopefully they arrive by the end of the coming week.

What do you think will be the lowest wind speed you will be able to get up in?

I’d guess 18mph would be the minimum I’d try it in.

Well I was able to try my 6.0 Plume this past Saturday. Wind was blowing around 20-30mph and kind gusty. I was pleasantly surprised by how relatively easy I got up with it. Got on foil in about 50 feet and flew pretty wobbly at first. I wiped out and then headed in the opposite direction just to make sure I could get on foil going both ways. I made about 8 runs out and back. Nearly made two jibes, which made me really happy. It’s kind of “twitchy in the variable winds we had, but I think controlling it easier will come with practice. I’m looking forward to trying it again for a longer session.
Rider: 57 years old, 6’4” and 235lbs
Board - 7’2” Naish Hover DW 125L
Foil - Code 1540s, long fuse and 188ar tail

Hi, i have a plume 6m2 for sale, just release in europe. I got it for Bali in June but we do not have enough wind here and i want to sale it. I have many friends who can bring it to Australia soon. Let me know if you can be intersted or if you know someone. We will find a way to be secure for eveyone. My friends are in PErth area.

Thank you for the offer. I have a 6.0 Plume that I bought from a local shop. Anxious to get a chance to use it.

I’m really interested in the Plume for some reason. I wing, but I’m pretty much a beginner. I have been around winging since the beginning, but I mostly wind foiled. I put my wind foil gear away last fall with the intention of learning to jibe on the wing and get better at the wing foil side of things. Is the Plume relatively easy to use? I kind of like the way it looks when people are using them in videos. I want one. I’m thinking of getting a 6.0 because I’m a bigger guy. Am I dumb for wanting to try one? Is anyone here using it and loving it?

I'm in the market for a new windsurf foil. I have a Cedrus Forged aluminum mast, and I'm looking for a new plane to go with it. Thinking of getting a SABfoil VENTO 969-903-370, and then maybe a smaller front foil in the next few months. Looking for a foil for cruising, carving and hopefully riding small swells down wind. Am I on the right track? I'm 57, 230lbs riding a custom board from Reef Warrior. 6'4"x31" and 144L
