Well, apparently they were designed to work equally well with either RDM or SDM, but a few people have mentioned issues with the batten rotation during gybes when using standard-diameter masts.
To be honest, I’m pretty tempted to pull the trigger on a Blitz 104 and a pair of X_Paces. 😄 Should I go for the same sizes? I’m asking because I’ve heard Jordy Vonk mention on a few occasions that a 7.3 S_Pace is roughly equivalent in terms of power to a 7.8 Warp. Maybe that's the case with E_Paces and X_Paces too.

Thanks for the help! The wind range for my current big setup is roughly 11–12 up to around 20 knots. I have a feeling the 104 would be more enjoyable for my weight most of the time, but following your advice, maybe I should stick with what I’ve got, as we get quite a lot of marginal wind where I live.
Roughly what wind range do you use your Blitz 104 in? Since we weigh the same, it would give me a good idea of how you’ve put your quiver together.
For now, I’m sticking with my E_Paces. I’m tempted by the X_Paces, but it looks like they’re only compatible with RDM masts. My masts are standard diameter/SDM.

I’d love to get your advice. I have a Blast 117 (the model that the current one replaces), which I normally use with a 7.8 as my biggest sail. Recently, though, I’ve realised that I get planing pretty much at the same time with a 7.3, and I actually find it much more comfortable to sail. So I don’t really feel the need for anything bigger.
I weigh 62 kg and I’d say I start planing with the 7.3 at around 11–12 knots.
I’m thinking about replacing the Blast with a 104L Blitz DLAB and pair with E_Paces 7.3 and 6.2. Do you think that would be a good move? Would I lose much in terms of getting up on the plane early?
