FYI: Talked KT in Maui, they are willing to do it. One thing I can't get is hollow construction 😔 but the rest no problem

Casey at Reef Warriors is making some great foil boards.

Mine is ~4 yrs old with ~150 sessions and is like new.

Are you sure he still making boatds and what he's contact info ?? I did talked to him 3 -4 years back, he wasn't willing to do custom, just the models he had, not totally agree on he's designs plus 6+ month to delivery at the time, thanks

+1 for Gwarn's comments. A large part of the fun for me is building and riding my own creations.
I researched the same thing recently (USA custom windsurf boards) and came up with Tillo as the best bet. I emailed him and he said "maybe". You have that connection.
As I drilled down deeper, I found some surfboard CNC shops just north of you. Try Liquid Gold Glassworks in Daytona, if your shape fits in their cut window they might build it for you or at least cut it. I can help with the 3D model if you like and can give some guidance on the laminate. I would offer to build it for you, but I can only handle so much epoxy, and my dance card is full of my projects. If no one wants to build it, have the blank milled and finish it yourself.

I will say this about building boards; it makes you understand why they cost so much!

Spent enough time over the years at Alex "Tillo international " garage on the board, fin, foil projects over the years, I know exactly what it takes to build a board. Sorry, no time , skill... to go that way. At this point I got perfect foil and sail set up for my style of foiling, now the board is a bit dated based on above upgrades. Looking for some magic, not amateur hour....

On this topic - anyone moved to a shorter fuse for wave and downwind?
I had some decent downwinding conditions last session and feel severly hampered by the standard 903 mm fuse. When I try to ”work” the chop and connect bumps it’s all about vertical movement, pushing the foil down, kicking it up to get that surface water energy.

I can tell the long fuse work against me, lots of board in front of the mast doesn’t help either.

swell around where i surf is more like lake swell, fairly steep with very short period

anyone can relate?

I use 66 to 72 fuselage length on wind foil in wavy conditions, I like it short. Doing it for a long time now

Got to use 2.8m2 microfreak hsm, I'm very impressed coming from severne foil freak and goya cyphers, fringe. More wind range, boom low and the power is super soft. I should have switched 3-4 years ago...

Testing in Cabarete, winds up to 30 knot, all worked out really well, 2.8 and 3.8 micro freak combo, mainly 2.8 but had 1.5 lighter day with 3.8. Love the simplicity of one mast(310) 2 sails solution for all conditions, and all much easier, softer.

Free foil, no harness or harness lines, no foot straps= freedom. Winger only use harness if racing , as longer as you use low drag modern foils and small sails...

Tuttle is good for racing and longer fuselages, but for WWF / foil style I need to move/adjust foil position. Btw, durable foil Tuttle box is as heavy or more vs double tracks. I saw about 6 month ago one company was designing adjustable 'tuttle' box, now that would be interesting to me if adapted by all, but that's a big 'if'

My opinion, not short enough, I like it under 180 cm, but could be few cm wider
