The bridle looks complicated and I wonder if that and the double-skin may it difficult to relaunch. Some real-world user feedback would be very helpful.

That looks a lot like the Peter Lynn "sleeping bag" I was kiting on 25 years ago. The parawings I have tried so far are very unstable in gusty winds. The cool thing about Peter Lynn kites was the stability and the auto-zenith, as long as you left it alone it would just fly directly above your head.
