First day with my new Insta360 X3. Still experimenting with mounts and editing but like it so far. Was a 25 mph day with gusts to 40 so the small waves were pretty blown out. But it is still lots of fun on a foil. Windfoiling on swells can be a lot like windsurf wave riding as you can use the power in the sail to help with the carves. The foil just smooths out the water and makes the 3 ft swell seem like a head high wave.
