Full review of the F-One SUSHI 740 after testing it behind the tow boogie. I tried the 740 with both the 128 and the 138 Carving stabiliser to see how much difference the tail makes to tow-up, speed, turning and overall feel. The SUSHI 740 is small, fast and very loose through the turns, but changing the stabiliser made a noticeable difference to how easily I could get it onto foil and where it felt happiest.
