Shoulder trouble
I got in 1 1/2 hours on Monday but have had a lot of pain in the right shoulder since. Pain seems to be in the front of the shoulder, I have heard of shoulder rotorcuff damage, think thats what its called.
Anyone had similiar, any advice or remedial action taken.
