i will build my own yacht one day, quite possibly a pinky schooner! i'm not into racing... so far i have only built kayaks - one woodstrip, one stitch and glue and at the moment there is an Inuit skin on frame on my work bench, hopefully on the water soon. then i want start the build of my first sailboat - a 16' double ended sharpie of my own design, albeit heavily influenced by Commodore Munroe's sharpie 'Egret' from the 1880's.
