American sailors who want to celebrate the longest day of summer by sailing for the weekend, are solving the June holiday weekend problem sailors by asking to be excused from work to extend Sailstice holiday through the solstice. Founder of the Summer Sailstice, John Arndt, writes: You know what's wrong with June? There's no three-day weekend to sail!
