The UAE Wooden Powerboat Championships will race round 2 and 3 on Thursday 17th and Saturday 19th this week at Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC). The second round was postponed by three weeks due to unsettled weather conditions making the organizers take the decision to delay the race and run the two rounds in close succession. Up to 20 boats have registered to compete in the Championships and last seasons winners, Delma Marine drivers Ahmed Ali Jabir Al Hamli and Ahmed Ateeq Al Qumzi, who won the first three heats and ...
