Wing foiling since Sept, 2019 and I’ve been pretty content on my 5’0” Cabrihna Code for the past 3+ of those (almost) 6 yrs. Finally motivated to give the midlength thing a try with all the hype. Video of my first session on this borrowed (thanks Robert!) 75 l AK Nomad (6’2” x 20” x 4.8”) in lightish winds. Quick summary: I liked it once I adjusted my getting-up technique, so I bought one. I ride mostly inland waters, and at 66 yrs old (75 kg, 183 cm) and 5 months into a total right knee replacement, I’m definitely not a poster child for high performance big swell winging, but I mostly stay upright. Who knows if I got the ideal size or I’m using the correct starting method (comments welcome), but looking forward to getting it more dialed in with time
