In a suburb near my stepdaughter a tent city is emerging in a public carpark. In the middle of winter. That's nuts.

For several months there was a couple "tenting" in a carpark next to the oval not far from our place,
It was pretty sweet - yobbo's, hoons and druggies nicked off, the couple made sure the area was kept clean and tidy,
Cars parked at the oval didn't get broken into or vandalised, even the council ranger was happy to see them there.

In the couple of weeks since they moved away everything has turned back to poo
