I can't quite believe the " worst sportsman" in the world crap, you all fall for media crapolla. Dirk Nannes...who.....calls our team horrendous but doesn't see what happens off the field, even the so called "offended against" can't complain about their behaviour......I reckon you all barracked hard for Mitch when he was bouncing the **** out of the POMS and Saffers, thought Lillie Thommo and Merv were legends, Border Chappell and Steve Waugh made out of granite
FFS its TEST cricket so called because it's a test not tiddly winks or amateur cricket play it hard on the field and (having a little insight) play it fair off the field.....the Aussie team play the man on the field but give credit when it's due after the playing hours
its fine when Anderson Broad Steyn Kholi khan......do the same its called showing ticker but when our guys do it it's horrendous sportsmanship. I hope you don't buy tickets to the games or watch it on TV if you are so offended
rant done...........until some replies and I'm Im pissed off again
100% agree.
Most new-aged aussie sportsman are arrogant twats, but thats because of the way they are treated these days, fame and fortune and they think their **** dont stink.
But who cares, lets win at whatever cost, lets doctor the pitches to our strengths, it happens to us when we go abroad to play.
The first 2 tests, they may as well have been playing on concrete pitches with tennis balls.
With all due respect to Phil Hughes, but I wanna see bowlers trying to hurt batsmen again with bouncers and a bit of bodyline stuff.
That was a freak accident, but it seams to me that Aussies bowlers have changed there super aggressive short pitched body attack bowling that did over the Poms and the Sth Africans before the Hughes incident.
