Masuro Emoto got a degree in International Relations and then a doctorate in alternative medicine (hardly physics or anything relevant to his research) in India. His experiments are non peer reviewed and unable to be reproduced by anyone else.

If you choose to believe that positive thoughts can make water change, based on that link you posted then you go for it champ.

There are obviously other results from googling. Wikipaedia quotes renowned scientists - not just one - who state the problems with his research methodology.
If there was anything to it there would be a number of scientists, not just one fella with a half arsed doctorate, with the same findings from research.
