"Huge block of land" it says. 688 sq metres!
What a joke!
It used to be that the average block of land sold was a quarter acre,.. which is 1012 sq m.
A large block of land was one third of an acre (1350 sq m) and a huge block was somewhere around one acre (4048 sq m).
Now anything over one eighth of an acre is "large" and if it's anywhere near a quarter acre it's "huge".

I wonder what the terminology will be in another 50 years.?
