Hi. Have a Chromecast. When I cast stan or Netflix (when it only plays on the TV and not the casting device. Ie one screen only) its heaps better than when I cast one of the tv streamers like iview from PC. When it casts from PC it plays on both screens. Heaps slower. Or even (I think) when Netflix played on phone and TV it was slower. So is it because I am playing on two devices? And if so can you make it stop on the PC with eg iview?

Chrome cast is junk.
Ezcast will mirror any device direct to you TV.
My chrome cast is ready for the bin.
basicly the exact same dongles but the chrome cast is limited to only google stuff.

Modern technology is incredible. I remember being a kid and to watch television you actually had to physically get up and push a button!

These days all you have to do is:

- Have a credit card
- Have an internet account and a connection that is capable of 6mbps+
- Have a device that is compatible with Chromecast/AppleTV
- Have you chromecast/appleTV compatible device configured on your local network.
- Have an account with a content provider like Netflix
-ensure your VPN is configured
- Have your application open to stream to the device
- Turn on you TV with the remote (how easy has it become?!)
- Switch input to your ChromeCast/AppleTV input
- Turn on your hi-fi system and switch it to the appropriate input channel.
- Output the selected stream from your chromecast/appletv compatible device to your chromecast/appletv.
- Enj.. * oy... you... * r... sh... * o... * w.... buffering
- Turn everything off and back on again.
- Explain to the kids you don't know why it's not working. Again.
- Ah, here it is! Enjoy your show in 1080p ... and... where's the sound now?
- Give up and download it.

Hahaha, I joke. It's only that hard if you want to watch a movie.
