Compare Insurance?

Wife and I tried one of those 'compare insurance' websites last night, the first thing the want is an email address and a phone number before you can get past page one, we entered those wanting more info on various policies but we decided not to continue through the questionnaire as it was getting a bit intrusive for some 'general' insurance inquiries.

AND then at one minute past 8 this morning the phone calls started from insurance companies doing the HARD sell..... HARDLY a comparison site more like a 'come in sucker' site .......B@$#@rds

If you are not paying for a product, you (or in this case your email addresses) are the product

Worst part is by entering your details on those forms is the do not call register no longer applies as you have approached them so it isn't cold calling.

Oh yes 'she' likes Meerkats, well she did until this debacle has irrupted now every Meerkat seems to have an Indian call centre accent not the french accent of Alexander on the TV!!!!!!
Yep the email inbox is filling by the second, mobile is now switched off & wife is a tad ****ty & Alexander would be best NOT to pop his head up anytime soon!!!!
