or you could double click on the clock and click once on the up arrow next to the time.

yes you could myes, but if you install the patch it allows to your select Western Daylight saving time, which means that the clock will revert back to the correct time in March (or whenever it finishes) and any appointments you put in outlook etc (some of us do do business you know) that go past that date will be on the correct time.
