Speaking of filtering posters, it would be good if a poster who was filtered got a notice something like "You have been filtered by n users" just so they know which way the wind blows.
I think the thumbs pretty much does it. Even the dull and ignorant can have a point of view. Believe it or not, sometimes they are even right. I know. Hard to believe,. but it's true.
