Just had confirmation from a blood test for excess human growth hormone. Last confirmation test was taken when I was 12, some 46 odd years ago. Turns out to be the underlying precursor of so many health problems over the years from migraines and sinus problems through to diabetes and carpal tunnel syndrome plus extra-large body parts:-hands feet tongue etc.

I'm shocked every time I go for a pee

I thought things were supposed to start shrinking by my age

That's okay, beer bellies are common at your age, and I am sure the wedding tackle is there somewhere underneath it.

Nah, its easy to buy shoes... Problem is with a fitting that is an equivalent '9' in length and '16' in width nothing "off the shelf" fits

Mate, I'm only replying to your joke. I've got to do something with my time.

Me? With my improved diet between bouts of eating Lite n easy, I am getting thinner. I even had to go buy some new clothes when I finally gave up wearing all the baggy jeans that used to fit fine...

Thanks for asking

Man, that would be a real problem and I can sympathise. Its hard to find 'regular' wide shoes, let alone something that special. I know from experience that its not fun walking around on shoes that are just not wide enough.

Test pilot, i'd consider myself bigger than the average bloke (200cm, 125kgs, big hands, size 16 feet) but when does gigantism start? I sat next to a pro NBA player (NFI who but everyone kept wanting photos with him) in a vegas casino and fark he was a big unit. Huge hands, bigger feet, massive chest and much taller. That would surely be pushing gigantism

Gigantism is actually a disease and I think it results in growth in hands and feet, and head as well, and they keep on growing. I am sure I saw a show on it a few months ago where a doctor saw a photo of someone and diagnosed it straight away.

A big person is just a big person.

Giantism is caused by a tumor growing on the pituitary gland which causes an increased production of HGH. Giantism is visually diagnosed when the subject is profoundly bigger than the rest of the family, not that the subject is just big. In my case at age of nine months I was as tall as my brother who was then aged 2 years. As an adult I was physically bigger proportionally than both my parents and grand parents and siblings and cousins.I have always been a "big" boy
