Nah, its easy to buy shoes... Problem is with a fitting that is an equivalent '9' in length and '16' in width nothing "off the shelf" fits

Test pilot, i'd consider myself bigger than the average bloke (200cm, 125kgs, big hands, size 16 feet) but when does gigantism start? I sat next to a pro NBA player (NFI who but everyone kept wanting photos with him) in a vegas casino and fark he was a big unit. Huge hands, bigger feet, massive chest and much taller.
