I will buy one of the properties u there also. Put a trench in at the roit angle for a speed course, and an artificial reef just offshore. You'll be able to sit on the grassed hill drinking stubbies and watch both wavesailing and speedsailing
With that kind of money, I should be able to afford to pay some lacky to fetch the beers from the fridge, while rigging up my gear in between runs (to the fridge)
