NEW Year. Yeah Right. I'll tell you now, it will be the same old stuff.
Births and deaths,
terror and joy,
fun and drudgery,
despair and hope.
It's just life We've all been there before.
Same views. Same news. Same trail.
Mind you having said that, we at least know what the trail ahead is like, We do know the terrain. We've seen it before. We should know by now the pitfalls and the things that bring happiness.
So....this year maybe I might try something I've never tried before. I might climb a bit higher just to see the view. Swim further out, Sail on a different tack. Taste a different food. Try and forgive others a bit easier. Be a bit less selfish, a bit kinder... It's the same old track but the way we walk it is definitely a choice. Happy trails Happy Another Year.
