well it's that time in life where sizes just don't fluctuate downwards anymore so I got this really nice 2010 6M Catalyst mint so would like to swap for an 8M here in Perth???

It's hard to admit to oneself but the good days are gone, a 6M will not pull me much anymore... FML

Cheers

For once in your life show some mental strength.

Cut the junk food out completely!

Start eating organic lentils etc, you'll soon come down.

dude i used to be 130kgs at 16 lost 40+ kgs, I'm fat like a bit but not much my normal weight is 90 kgs. Just think my 6M is too small for the sort of winds you get here for my weight, not cape town here so was looking at swapping... so yeah I'm too fat, like too phat for this wind!

Putting on weight is caused by being bored with life.

Been eating a pack of fruit + nut biscuits every second day which i use as a powerful anti-depressant

I use reading PM33's posts as a powerful anti-depressant and also a reminder just how sane I actually am.

Why?
6m will blow along 95kg a right treat once the winds kick in in November/december/january.
Even on a small board.
Hang on to it.

Sounds like you're around 1m off.
I have a 7/11 combo and find they overlap quite nicely.
Started off with them pulling me along at 92kg, dropped a bit since then, so looking forward to the next few months!!

Do some regular exxies mate, it'll pay off. Be positive.

Or the obvious - use Seabreeze buy'n'sell - works a treat. I've bought & sold gear over the past few years without an issue.

Seabreeze forums are for irrational banter only - use the website's buy/sell service to sell your gear.

Get out there today dafrog! Gusting to 35 knots will be good on your 6. And don't come back to the beach until you have lost 5 kilos ... Problems all solved.

Weight!
I mean Wait!
I have a really good idea!
Throw the lot down the dump and get a WINDSURFER!
Yes.. Down the dump!
You wouldn't want to pass on all that misery to some other poor unsuspecting person would you?

A windsurfer will make you happy and keep you trim, taut and terrific, even when you're old and Grumpled and Decrepit and,.. yeah,.. all of that.

I'm 30 not 60 and this is not the 80's anymore... Windsurfing is just not for me.

The caravan / camp ground at horrocks is the obvious place. Not sure what it costs but. Then you could go north up to Little Bay which is either free or next to free. You need a 4wd to get there though. Or you could rough it at the Bowes. No formal camp ground, but surfers camp there as its a top surf spot. You turn off the Horrocks road down a dirt track along the Bowes river to get there.

And coronation is good, but v.popular and I notice that the camp ground full sign has been out on the highway the last few weeks.

School holidays start today, so the next couple of weeks are going to be busy. There's also lots of camp sites in Gero.
