no tears here, i'm not afraid to speak out against fascism & intolerence in all it's forms. or to speak out against those that defend their intolerant friends.
i may need the tissues for the tears of laughter i have after it was suggested i come from another country because of my views and therefore should go home and not have an opinion. it's not about where you come from it's about treating others equal.
so for those that were curious, sent emails and needed closure.

My dads side arrived in OZ in 1864. and moved to rockhampton. my great great great grandfather built the last set of gallows used in rockhampton and witnessed the hanging. It is also suggested that my great great great grandfather was at the eureka stockade but there is an obvious date issue with that. i am told the police records have his name though.
my great uncle (who raised my dad) was in the light horse brigade in WW1 as he was a stockman. i still have his horse shoe tool from WW1. i think he served in palestine. so my familly on dads side are central qld cattle farmers.
so i am 7th generation aussie on dads side.
My Mums side arrived in 1840 and then ended up in rockhampton too. my great grandfather is the man who surveyed north queensland. including rockhampton. he is in books on australian history.
my grandfather spent 3 years serving as an engineer in WW2 and served in the middle east and new guinea.
so that makes me 5th generation on my mums side.
guess after all, i am aussie through and through. and more so a QLD going back a very long way. i guess that also entitles me to have an opinion! with a very good grounding on where we have come from and an understanding of where we should go.
one thing is for sure that the minority who have taunted the posters in the past will continue in the future. harping on with their tired rants against,
foreingers,
foreingers sailing their breaks,
wave sailing rules,
oppinions of kiters,
thoughts about people who don't sail waves,
and on, and on, and on.
