The reception issue is because Telstra owns the infrastructure (it is still a monopoly) and only leases their inferior equipment to their competitors. Telstra is still a rip off company.
In a good signal area the phone shows no signal strength. (It needs to be rebooted)
In a good reception area the phone shows good signal strength but no one can get through. (Needs rebooting)
I've seen the lights flashing but no ring tone even the volume was set for normal. (Reboot to fix)
Won't hang up after a call no matter how many times you press the hang up button.
I've had the alarm not go off. (The phone was waiting for a data connection. When I clicked on connect the alarm went off, 20 minutes late)
