I linked pain in my joints to excessive windsurfing exercise.

Now I found real culprit

www.livestrong.com/article/281039-coffee-joint-pain/

Time to switch to something else : beer or green tea ?

Livestrong highlighting the dangers of coffee .

Well there's an irony right there.

Didn't mention EPO or growth hormones?

By all means you should try getting off it for a while but I'll wager it will make no difference.
You are sore because you are getting old, welcome to the world.

I hate tea.

I hate western tea because y'all are like those stinky smoker assholes, always slacking off to ingest that foul smelling muck.

I hate green tea because they're always banging on about the mystical health benefits and how it tastes so good when it actually tastes like muddy grass clippings.

Everything in moderation. Eat healthily, binge only here and there, junk out occasionally and maintain a healthy schedule of exercise and you could have anything.

I think a lot of tea's have caffeine in them as well , caffeine the most underestimated (wrong word ) strongest Addictive drug we advertise/sell to our children.
I love my coffee but am very aware of the effect it has
Tea has a lot of fluoride and can easily take you over your RDI of fluoride makeing your bones brittle by increasing your calcium uptake
I love a good cup of tea
Beer contains alcohol makes me drunk and I fall over and scrap my knees, face and arms on the gutter and the vomiting hurts my tummy
mmmm love a ice cold beer
Water! well people drown in water ,Water contains sharks ENOUGH SAID!!!

I'm with you on that one, Coffee makes me gag real bad. Hate the small, hate the taste. Nothing worse than having a coffee drinker dip the wet coffee crusted spoon in the clean white sugar. How to ruin a good cuppa Tea.

Might as well add it to the list of things that can potential be bad for me that I enjoy and will continue to do so.

If your worried about it water decaffeinated coffee is good but lacks a certain punch.

Coffee actually has a lot of health benefits of course when used in moderation, not to mention it makes you more productive.
I love the flavor of coffee, especially in ice cream
Personally I drink it only occasionally, I drink matcha green tea every morning instead, it has purported health benefits and it's less harsh on the system.
If coffee makes your stomach sour there is low acid instant coffee available.
