I sincerely hope you find it. And posting here is a good starting point....
But I'd say your odds of locating a "lost board in/from carpark" is roughly 100:1.
Best of luck though.
PS - When you buy a board, I would also recommend that you take a few photos with the old phone camera. Record the dimensions, logos, distinguishing features, and Surftech's, and maybe Firewire have a "code" on the board too. Photograph that code also.
