Coz you're interned. That's why its called an internship. We don't pay prisoners in this state. That's what you get for passing. Nobody likes a smarty pants.

I know I know but argh... It doesn't affect me as much as it does those mature aged student-teachers with kids, mortgages and a family to look after!
We've already have four other practicums, so ahhhh. 4 years of University and most people cannot work! I'm luckily (or maybe unlucky) working each arvo ontop of teaching.
Damn damn damnit lol
But talk about pretty decent wind this weekend... so sore!!!

Well done Liz.

But the learning sure ain't over.

Some guy called Gary Blair wrote "Learning is more than simply acquiring knowledge; it is also crucial to unlearn old knowledge that has outlived its relevance. Thus, forgetting is probably at least as important as learning."

In that respect, exams are actually easy because you are meant to know everything they teach you. After the exams you then need to work out what to know, but also what to forget. Unfortunately forgetting what you need to know is easier than remembering what to forget. The joy of it all is when you know that you have forgotten what you are meant to forget, and you remember what you are still meant to know.

And I hope you don't end up having the same recurrent dream that I have. It's always first year uni maths, it's October and I haven't been to any lectures and the exam is in a week's time. I can still wake in a cold sweat. Some mornings you have to have that piece of paper that says you've graduated just to prove it to yourself.

If you've loved your course, I'm sure that you won't have any subconsciuos guilt trips happening.

Congrats.
