Driving barefoot is not a problem, so that's 1. (D = 1)
Police don't want you warning others when they are around, so I will say C = 2
Just because it sounds so minor, I will say B = 3
Which leaves driving without headlights at night, because we all know we do it when we are hammered and driving home, A=4
