Minto, be mindful on what draw for a full house is.
We have a Hitachi invertor (very quite system, no snap on and off, ramp up and ramp down as fan kicks in) full house system. At full chat it can draw over 16kw running full house. max it is allowed is 16 on this unit.
Due to size I need to run two zones at all times on any setting above low fan cooling or heating. (well thats in the operation manual I have)
In hind sight, I should have gone independent system for each room
So in layout. Big kitchen and dining/play area. It draws 10.2
Theatre/lounge, 3.2
Main bedroom and one other bedroom, 5.6
Bed 3 & 4, 3.4
Be mindfull on where you place outside unit for noise and shaded area. Same for internal intake draw as this can be a tad noise polution if a light sleeper.
So add up what independent systems will run you and see how it stacks up.
Make sure the independent are "ground mounted" outside. Can be noise problem as well if they want to mount on walls.
No issues since install, cept power bills

System is 9 years old now.
All our resident houses in Northwest have independent each room.
Hope this helps.
