Ok how did they remove the driving wheel? Dif already disconnected so it's not powering the left hand side?

It would have to be an open diff. Disconnect the brake line to both right wheels so only the left wheels stop when the brake is applied. This can be done by removing the rubber brake line from the disks (or drum) and thread a bolt/screw into the end of the rubber brake lines. One just needs to stop any brake fluid leaking when brakes are depressed. Or the more permanent way is to cut the metal brake line near the wheel and crimp (again to stop any brake fluid leaking from the cut line).

One could possibly disconnect the brakes to the rear wheels on their rear wheel drive car. But its illegal and I have no idea why anyone would want to do that, unless one wanted to have the front brakes on and the full power of the engine available to the rear wheels. :)

The car in the vid could also be in 4wd, providing the front diff is also open. This may make it safer/easier to drive on two wheels, although I get the impression that safety was not very high on their list of considerations!

I think they have an electric over-ride brake of some sort has been fitted to both left wheels,
-hit the ramp, tip over and balance on the right wheels, flick the switch to lock the left wheels, and away they go.
