Taiji Training at Albert Park - VIC

For anyone interested in Taiji (aka Tai Chi - but the fighting version), there are classes at Albert Park in Melbourne.

We do Push hands (reflex training), San Sou (sparring patterns), forms (movements with fighting techniques) and Chi Gung (standing posture exercises that develop core strength).

This stuff will also help with your balance for Kiting / Windsurfing etc.

Currently training on Monday mornings at 6.30 Am to 7.30 Am (goes till 8 - but I run off to get to work on time). After a couple of weeks, if your interested in training a couple of nights a week in push hands and san sou - I'm up for it

I hate early mornings, but I find this a great way to start the week ahead, training on the lake as the sun rises...
