This letter will serve to confirm your show of interest in the sport of Kitesurfing.
The terms and conditions of allowing you to purchase and learn how Kitesurf are out lined below:
1. Application of agreement The terms of this agreement will apply from the date upon recieval of a Slingshot Octane 12mtr Kite, Slingshot Misfit 136cm board and Warrior harness and will last unit the Precipitant is too old to for take in physical sports or mentally unfit too safely fly a kite.
2. Reporting Relationships The precipitant will report back to the Nazi wife on a weekly basis and give her a full update on progress and any new developments.
3. Flying Hours While the hours may vary Monday to Friday according to Albany International PTY LTD work load and demands of your Nazi wife all daylight hours left available will be used to practice and improve all aspects of Kitesurfing. Weekends – wind allowing will be all daylight hours unless a prearranged event is booked with no shorter than 3 bays notice.
4. Service Kite The Commonwealth joint account will pay for any maintenance and up keep that is needed to keep the kite in good operating condition.
5. Equipment New equipment will be able to be purchased only after out growing or new improvements to kites technology which will help in the precipitants growing skills develop at Kitesurfing at the agreement of both parties.
