A bloke was suffering from erectile disfunction so he went to his GP. The GP had a look, said hmmmmm.... and referred him to a specialist. The specialist took a close look and said "There's good news and bad news. The bad new is that your problem is due to a previous injury. We can't do anything about it. The good news is there's a new procedure being trialled with some success. What they do is take some tissue from the trunk of an elephant and insert it about your old fella and with some trickery with tissue typing and imuno-suppressant they reckon they can have you up and pumping in about 3 months.
