since it's chinese new year they closed off the main street for a street party with 3bands spread half a km. apart..i could have deviated but with all the sidestreets full of cars avoiding the jam it got worse so what do i do get an ice cream and cool off before i just rig in the middle of the street to find out how really windy it was
