If you use Microsofts (very ordinary) Internet Explorer browser
STOP IT.

This threat is "in the wild" meaning that there is already a huge number of infected machines.
How to fix it...
Install Firefox, Chrome or safari and never use IE again.

Yawn!

It only works if you end up on a dodgy website, not unlike the usual run of the mill Malwares and viruses.

and did you read the article?

You know what IE is good for? Downloading Chrome or Firefox.
