There's no way I can disclose my top speed here coz it will only give Elmo another oppurtunity to get smug about his bloody top speed
I can't stand it at the moment, should see the p#rick prancing about, Smug as a Pig in ****, ................You say one little thing about "You gotta call me Sir Hardie", and they never letya forget about it

Top GPS speed by an Australian, is our own Chris Lockwood when sailing at Sandy Point Ocy last yr.
82.6km/hr or 44.6 knots
Now that's fast
I remember when Chris was a young hotshot, puttin on his weight jacket at Pelican Point, he'd come up and ask me "Hardie, what do I need to do to sail fast?", "Well Christopher......" I used to say

On a serious note, perhaps we could have a locations ranking. Best at Woodies, best on the river, best at Pt Walter, best at Peel/Dawesville etc. Hardie, I hear Chris' best down your way was 38knots and Robbie recently did 38.5. So I guess that is what you should be aiming at...and no jetskis, OK?
