looking for an ok watch for under $100 something that can take a beating but will not upset me if I lose it

I bought a waterproof (50m) Prospirit watch from K-Mart for around $30. Stuck it on my boom as I hate wearing watches.

Now the time is always available if needed. I get some funny looks when people ask me the time and I look at my sail

Been on there for about 6 months, never take it off the boom, it's hit the board a couple of times in catapults, takes a lickin, keeps on tickin.

3 years of kiting, surfing, wake boarding, diving, life and the rip curl is still going-100 bucks yet cant find a replacement strap have only looked once though

i went to the chemist and got a FROG for 14.95 goes good

More reliable ripcurl do a basic watch 2 yr warrenty with "fixed solid pins" for $99
