errr????????
What I meant was - is my current inability to view the you tube links due to an affliction caused by either my computer downloading some update automatically or my daughter buggering around with the settings. Either way, is there an obvious, easy way to fix it, or should I use the system restore function and restore the settings to 2 days ago, when everything was working hunky dory?
Could be either of what you mentioned. If your daughter's computer habits are like my daughter's,.......hmmmm. Is password protection worth the extra harassment???
It is certainly not a Seabreeze issue as I am getting them quite OK. Is your OS XP or Vista. With Vista Pro there is the option of "downgrading" to XP. Not possible with Home Basic I believe.
My desktop is a Dell about 4 years old with XP Home Ver. 2002 updated to service pack 3. I think I have done a system restore only once in that time and that was early in the piece. It is a handy option though.
I would check Internet Explorer settings first or even restore defaults there. I am currently using "The World Browser". It uses the IE engine but works better I think and certainly seems to be faster. Just google "The World Browser" for a download site.
Hope you get it sorted as You Tube is a real fun part of being online these days.
Cheers Cisco
