Is it TRUE that a 2 mm titanium lined wettie is as warm as a 4 mm standard neo suit?

Notwal, I have the 2mm Windwarrior spring suit, lined with similar or same product. Winter, and I can still run with it fortunately, as I suffer a bit in a full steamer. (panic taking them off)
Would have to say its one of the better inventions for water users

I've got a 1mm, supposedly same as 2mm wetty.....Definitely the GO!!!

I wear it under my 4/3 (which is full of holes), and it gets me through the Vic winter no probs. If you know Vic winters...you'll appreciate that! Been out in hail, when the temp was about 5deg! (The water wasn't much better!) I'd highly recommend them to anyone.....

.....even you boys in the tropics who are spoiled with warm weather all year round! We don't want you catching a cold if the temp drops below 20!!!

the titanium wettys are good as long as your constantly moving as they are designed to reflect your body heat back to you. but the minute you stop and are still .. omg.. the worst is getting out of them. i just lay a towel down on my car seat and get home asap and into a steaming shower but other then that, they are great and you really do feel the difference.

another thing to try are the shark skin products! AMAZING! if you get a long sleeve shark skin top under your wetty.. ohhhhhhhhhh soooo warm even if you stop moving!!

I got two seasons (summers and winters) out of my Radiator rashie before the titanium wore off. The rubber's still ok though, so it works under a wetsuit.

Got a spanking Windwarrior blast shield hanging in the cupboard waiting for spring/summer!

I heard the titanium wears out after some time as well. Thats on my radiator. Not sure yet though. Its only done half a summer, without being washed properly, and it's going strong. It is getting all rank on the front from the velcro on my harness though.
